I’m Sandra Vansickle, and I’m beyond excited to invite you to Inspired By Fabric: A Three-Day Textile Adventure! Hosting an event like this has been on my bucket list for years, and now it’s finally happening! With nearly four decades of experience running my custom drapery studio, working with textiles, and designing custom furnishings, I’ve now dedicated my career to sharing knowledge and helping industry professionals grow.

This event is a natural extension of my passion for fabric, education, and community. It’s about bringing people together to navigate Interwoven with confidence, discover valuable resources, elevate their skills, and build lasting industry relationships. And there’s no better time or place to do that than when the industry gathers in the heart of High Point, NC, for the premier fabric show—Interwoven Textile Fair by ITA!

This fun-filled final day will include some of my favorite High Point finds, from fabric and specialty shops to antique markets—and a sewing machine shop! Whether hunting for inspiration, one-of-a-kind treasures, or just looking to explore, this day is the perfect way to end our adventure on a high note.

Prefer to explore on your own? I’ll provide a curated list of must-visit spots so you can set off at your own pace.
